All the time when I am doing remote support on customer’s systems I find that they have no backup of any of their important data. One easy way to get their data backed up is to install dropbox from getdropbox.com and show them how to use it.
Dropbox is one of the easiest backup solutions I have ever seen and I use it on all of my own systems, so obviously recommend it to everyone that I know! Check out the video below for a quick demonstration of how to use dropbox, I am sure that you will want to install it on your computer and get your data backed up right now!
