Click the Download link above when you are directed to by your technician during your support session.

Having Trouble?

Click on the Download link above to begin downloading the FixMonster support client. You will be asked if you want to RUN or SAVE, click RUN

WindowsXP with SP2 will ask you about running unsigned software, click RUN.

After you enter your contact information, select the Help Desk number that was supplied to you by the technician and click Connect.

If you are prompted by your firewall software, please tell it to ALWAYS ALLOW or GRANT ACCESS
