During remote support and computer repair sessions I find that CCleaner is a useful tool to get rid of the junk on a system before I do anything else.

It will free up space on your hard drive and make virus and spyware scans run faster (because there is less to scan).

I made a short video below showing how to install and use CCleaner. Hopefully you will get as much use out of it as I do!
